After our receipt of your order with payment, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via email.
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will handle it as an undeliverable order. Common causes for undeliverable orders are incorrect address, address with insufficient detail, refusal of delivery by the recipient, failed delivery attempt, etc. If the recipient has to request for a refund for an underliverable order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone (+852-35291243).
For an undeliverable order, we will issue a refund to you after deducting the ACTUAL shipping charges. We will not be able to re-ship an undeliverable order but will welcome new orders to be placed using our website.
We are not able to guarantee the delivery time as it is out of our control. Common factors that make delivery time longer are customs inspection and formalities, delivery made during holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.
If your country levies import duties and taxes, you will need to pay them. Similarly, if there are customs clearance charges, you will also need to pay them. Import duties and taxes shall not be valid reasons for a refund after an order has been placed.
Books are delivered within HK by local courier services. Macau orders are delivered by SF Express.

Items can be exchanged for reasons of damage, binding and other original defects.
Requests for exchange must be made by phone (+852-35291243) or email ([email protected]) or in person within 15 business days after sale or delivery. No request for exchange of goods made after the said period will be accepted.
Customers must provide original invoice or receipt and the photos of defective products when requesting for exchange of goods.
